Like many people, I have lived many lives. I’ve had different careers–I was a public school teacher for over twenty years–and I’ve lived in places as diverse as New York City, Buenos Aires, and for the past 24 years I have lived in beautiful, remote Arcata, CA. I’m a mother, a breast cancer survivor, and I learned later in life that I have ADHD. 

All of these life experiences inform and enrich my practice. 

A great source of interest and comfort for me is learning, and my curiosity serves me in serving you. I am deeply interested in humanity.

I’m lucky to have had an excellent education. I received my BA from Tufts University, a Masters in Education from Columbia University, and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide.
